  • How long will I have access to these resources?

    One full year!

  • How do followups work?

    All followups will be conducted by email with Laura! I will followup with you at 1 month, 3, 6 and 12 month intervals, but you can ask me questions anytime! More complicated cases can be resolved with a quick video or phone call!

  • Why do I need an instructor?

    The effectiveness studies for NFP methods are done with clients working closely with a trained instructor. We do not recommend trusting facebook groups or friends for charting advice. Do not DIY your family planning!

  • How do I ask charting questions?

    Email Laura anytime with questions big or small! I will get back to you quickly with an answer! Make sure you give me access to your chart so I can help as soon as possible!

  • Is this HSA eligible?

    Yes! If you have an HSA account as part of your Health Insurance plan, NFP education services are eligible! Feel free to pay with it on our site! I can provide you documentation for your records!
